You may have noticed some NASTY distortion in the file I posted on Sunday night. The guys over at Ambrosia Software – Michael, Andrew and Dominic were great – they worked with me late Friday night and again today trying to figure out what the heck was wrong. That kind of service shouldn’t ever be taken for granted.
The culprit appears to be the way BIAS Soundsoap was treating the file when exporting from Wiretap Studio. We’re still tracking down exactly where the issue is, but in the mean time the audio posted on episode 125 below is now a better version. The hiss I was trying to remove with SoundSoap is gone, but at least you can understand me!
