And who decided how to organize the categories, anyway? If you hate scouring the icons for the correct one, there\u2019s a quick fix \u2014 one I\u2019ve been using for years.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nSimply open System Preferences and go to the View menu in the menu bar. Now select \u201cOrganize Alphabetically\u201d instead of the default \u201cOrganize by Categories\u201d \u2014 that\u2019s it! After posting this Tiny Tip to our Slack group (<a href=\"https:\/\/podfeet.com\/slack\">podfeet.com\/slack<\/a>), @LButlr mentioned hiding items in System Preferences.  Turns out if you go to the same View menu for System Preferences, you have the option to Customize.  This reveals all of your Preference Pane options with little check marks next to them.
