As you may have noticed, the show came out quite a bit early this week, as we’ll be taking care of our grandchildren this weekend and then taking the whole fam damily (as my father would say) to Hawaii. Or as my dad would say, “Hawoya.” If you had the discipline to wait until Sunday or Monday to listen, good onya. You should note that this means there is no live show this week, and there’s no live show next week. The next live show will be on Sunday August 21st.<\/p>\n

I’d also like to say happy birthday to Lindsay (the daughter). She’s not just the best daughter in the world, she’s also a NosillaCastaway who quite often comes to the live show, and has been a guest more than once on Chit Chat Across the Pond!<\/p>\n

We’ve got a fun show today. We’re going to start with a gadget review from Sandy Foster (also known as my Wing Woman in the live chatroom). Then Bodie Grimm of the Kilowatt Podcast brings us a review of his Flume water monitor. After that Steve (the husband) joins me to talk about a new toy he recently bought. We finish up with another solo Security Bits from Bart Busschots.<\/p>\n
