Today is Sunday, July 5, 2026, and this is show number 1104. Steve and I had a lovely 3-day trip to see his parents, and an equally lovely trip to San Diego to see Lindsay and her family for another 4 days, which meant I had zero time to work on the podcast. But thanks to Bruce from Tennessee, Eddie Tonkoi, and Bart Busschots, we have a huge show for you today.

But this coming Thursday we leave yet again, this time for Macstock! That means the show will come out early on Wednesday. That means there will be NO LIVE SHOW on July 12th. And then we leave yet again, this time to Houston to see Kyle and his family, which means no live show on the 19th either. So mark your calendars, the next live show is July 26th.

https://media.blubrry.com/nosillacast/traffic.libsyn.com/nosillacast/NC_2026_07_05.mp3

mp3 download

Articles

Extend Feature in OS 27 Beta Photos Saves a Precious Memory

Bruce from Tennessee Explains CDPATH

Audiobook Audio (V3) Part 4: Choosing the Book Voice

Support the Show

Two very fine gentlemen supported the show this week, and quite generously, I will say. Kenneth Kleinman and Philip from Australia have been doing one-time donations through PayPal for as long as I can remember. They both went to podfeet.com/paypal and chose an amount in their own currency that demonstrates the value they get from the work we do here. It warms the cockles of my heart when their donations come in, not just because I like money but because it’s a deliberate act on their part to show their appreciation. Thank you Kenneth and Philip for your generosity.

Security Bits — 5 July 2026

Transcript of NC_2026_07_05

That’s going to wind this up for this week.
