New Look & Feel to podfeet.com

I’ve been learning WordPress, which is an open source blogging tool. I’ve never used a content management system before, but since trying out new tools is my favorite thing to do, I thought I’d give it a whirl! It’s delightfully easy to post my shownotes, it puts them in order for me, creates the archives you see along the right sidebar so you can view by month, and I think the theme is kind of attractive (it’s called Ocadia, by the way).

The more standard kinds of web pages are now links on the right sidebar under the titel “Web Pages”.

Please drop me a line at [email protected] and let me know what you think of the new site!

Congratulations on your new website. I never saw the email from Eric before. I got a good laugh out of his comments about “thinking about you in the shower” and he went on and on. So what tool did you use to design the page? HTML, a webserver builtin or something like Dreamweaver?

The website format is done entirely in WordPress, which is a blogging tool. within the pages I did some of the coding myself (easy stuff like inserting links and pictures) but then if it’s at all fancy I use Nvu which is an open source web design tool. It’s kind of annoying and unpredictable, but I can’t make a table on my own! Glad you enjoyed Eric’s craziness, I sure do miss him.

Aw man I hadn’t heard the whole thing when I left my comment! You talked about Kyle!! Hahaha it feels so famous like this famous person is talking about my brother! And then when you were talking about Crash it was funny cause you started to say “I measure the intensity by…” and I literally said out loud “how many times she opens her powerbook.” Haha I know you too well!!!! I really do like the movie reviews, cause like the whole thing is about techy stuff and then you implement the fact that you guys have (a little bit of) lives! you watch movies! :o) I miss it even though I was never really watching with you guys. Stay subscribed! Very cute.
