Back in 2024, I taught you about a free, open source app called Keycastr that allows you to display your keystrokes on screen during demos. It’s a fantastic tool to help your audience understand exactly what you’re doing when you’re teaching new concepts.
Around the same time, I taught you about an app called Presentify, which lets you draw on screen to catch your viewer’s attention.
I’m bringing these both up because they’re in very active development, and very cool tools, so I decided to teach them both in a ScreenCastsONLINE tutorial. And that ScreenCastsONLINE tutorial was just released! As always, I learned a lot about the tools I didn’t know before, which is why I love teaching through ScreenCastsONLINE. I’ve included a link to the Preview video of the tutorial to whet your appetite, but the usual disclaimer applies. ScreenCastsONLINE is a subscription service where you can get a free 7-day trial where you can watch all of the current back catalog, but beware that it will make you want to get a subscription!
