Allison interviews Max Stoneking from Wyze about MaxDrive, their new private cloud storage device for Wyze Cam video. MaxDrive serves as a local or remote backup for video footage from the Wyze Cam’s SD card. The drive continuously and automatically stores videos generated by all Wyze Cams that you designate on a given network. It supports a 1 to 12 TB drive (HD or SSD) with a SATA 3.0 connection for backing up video footage from as many Wyze Cams as you desire. Once MaxDrive is set up on the same network with your Wyze Cams, it can remain on that network or be moved to another location for remote storage of your Wyze Cam video.
