Hi, this is Allison Sheridan of the NosillaCast Apple Podcast, hosted at Podfeet.com, a technology geek podcast with an EVER so slight Apple bias. Today is Sunday, November 01, 2026, and this is show number 1121.
Announcements
Ok, folks, how did NOBODY TELL ME FOR TWO WEEKS that I never posted the amazing Dr. Bonnie Maldonado interview to the Chit Chat Across the Pond Feed??? I posted the video to the web in a blog post, but I FORGOT to put it in the feed!
I’ve pushed it now as episode #843, and this will explain why, when you hear this week’s Chit Chat Across the Pond with Adam Engst, you will hear me call it 843 as well!
Clockwise #680: A Sick, Twisted Kind of Joy – Relay
Last week, Bart said that he really likes hearing me on the Clockwise podcast, and he got his wish — they invited me on for #680 with Micah Sargent, James Thomson of pCalc fame, and D. Griffin Jones.
We discussed our go-to note-taking apps, the chaotic ways we use our products like madlads (or madlasses), which of Apple’s latest announcements tempted us, and the silliest apps on our Macs or iPhones.

Great news on the Patreon front. Several people have returned to the website and fixed the damage the transition caused. Most specifically, those who had their weekly contributions turn into monthly amounts have fixed them to be at least 4x weekly and sometimes 5 to help make me whole.
This makes me especially happy because I just couldn’t get myself to bug people about this since the whole point of the system is for people to make their own decisions about what they can afford and what value they feel they get out of the work we do here. The last thing I want to do is poke my nose into someone’s business and say, “Hey, didn’t you mean to give me more money?”
In the meantime, the venerable George from Tulsa took advantage of how you can donate using PayPal to make one of his frequent donations. If you’d like to be like George, head on over to podfeet.com/paypal and pick an amount that’s right for you.
